Depression is the most common emotional and mental struggle that people face. Nearly everyone will go through a period of depression in their lives. Depression is the deep perspective and feeling that our lives will be forever hopeless. We predict our personal future in only the darkest of terms. This creates feelings of fear, anxiety, and overwhelming sadness. Sometimes this becomes a chronic condition that people live with their entire lives.
Dr. Norman Wise, Director of Living Water Christian Counseling, with over three decades of experience in helping to heal broken hearts, will teach us to understand depression and provide effective tools to turn back the cold dark feelings that seem to devour us at such times.
